PowerSmith Group is focused on environmentally friendly Renewable Energy project development and a Solar Direct Steam process (Pat. 12/862,313) for augmentation and hybridization of fossil fuel facilities.
The PSG Process is derived from research conducted at the Argonne National Labs in the early 80s and does NOT involve a two-phase water/steam flow in horizontal solar receivers commonly associated with Direct Steam Generation.
